WEEK 19

This week is the last of class of Muiltimedia and Internet subject for this reason this blog is the last one .I am little sad because this activity i liked . I learnt to summarize everything that I learnt during the week and it help me to save my important things in a reliable place .in addition, in this week i created my portfolio on fick maker and also i learnt another reliable place like camaleo is like cuadernia . Also,I learnt to save my power point presentation in slide share pages it was interesting to know and I put this presentation on my blog. This semester was very dificult for me for many things that happened in my life.

WEEK 18

SUMMARY PORTFOLIO from verolopezmartinez

This is my portfolio of Multimedia and Internet class it summarizes everything that I learnt on this semester about how to create a good lesson plan ,record my voice ,create my voki ,how to recognize the web sites if are reliable or not ,these things were very useful me and it will help me in my professional life as a English Teacher . I grateful with my teacher for all things that she taught on this semester.

WEEK 17

    On this week, I had the defense of my Project .I want be sincere my presentation was wrong for this reason I have a bad grade. I believe my answers were incorrect, I am very sad and worrying of grade. I studied but I couldn’t respond the questions .But in general this activity was helpful because I learnt make a project and know some important things that in the future will be useful. I hope for the next time I will do better because . Also, the key is the reading and reading because it helps to get more knowledge, and be prepared for further projects. In addition, I am designing my platform here I have to put activities for doing, it is for my classmates . This kind of activity is very useful for my and also for my classmates . My tool was the k 12 lesson plan is good tool for teaching English. Students can enjoy and learn better and practice  their abilities such as; the writing and reading skills.

    In conclusion, this week was really interesting and a little stressful for me because the project was challenge .I believe it was like a thesis.

                                                          

                                                                   

WEEK 16

     Well, this week was also useful for me because I learnt two tools web 2.0 technologies for applying in the classroom such as; Edmodo and Nicenet. I think these are the most important tools that we can use, and also the k 12 lesson plans is important to teach English. I would like to give a brief explanation of Edmodo; this tool is a social network built for use by teachers and students for use in the classroom. Also, it provides a way for teachers and students to share their opinions, comments, links, files, and notes. In addition, this would be used for weekly discussion topics that would be relate to class. for example, every Friday my students will have a reflection type day, they can post  what they learnt about during the week,  also parents can help their sons, and at the end of the year, students can see their the progress and how much they have improved. Furthermore, the Nicenet is too similar like Edmodo because it too offers communication among class groups or for subjects. This page is reliable for us .One example for this tool is teacher can provide their students with reading materials they have to read and they will be able to participate in discussion forums is a good activity.

    In conclusion, these tools are reliable and very helpful for teacher and students. Teachers can make many activities on these pages are very fruitful in their lessons and students will gain more knowledge, it is good reinforcement in their studies.

WEEK 15

  Well in this week I learnt good things that are really useful for me. Firstly of all, my teacher gave us some important advices that we have to take into account when we will teach or give a class for example;in the School, High school and University. However, in the high school the teenagers are really complicated and teachers have to know the stages of human development in order to help students in their adolescence. In addition, in the high school the teachers every day have to do:
•    Take the attendance every day.
•    The grade book has to be organized.
•    Calling parents when students are absent.
•    Controlling homework every day.
•    Sending homework every day. Homework has to be the same  topic that teacher teaches in the class.
•    Use stamps in order to check homework’s and check class activities.
•    Oral lessons every day about the same topic of homework or previous class.
•    Frequent evaluation.
•    Tutors are in charge in guiding students. But if you are not the tutor you have to know everything about their students.

Also,  teachers have to use new activities for teaching. If we work in schools we have to have a lot of patience with children. We have to take care of them all the time and be very creative and do new things in order to have our students doing something good for their learning.
Finally, in the University the way to teach is different. If you want to work at University you have to have more knowledge. I think that be teacher is a big gift of God and of the life because the teachers can share their knowledge and help to people  during their profession.     

   

WEEK 14

      On this I reviewed  more about of technology such as; web 2.0 technologies to teach English and Mappy Friends. Firstly of all, Web 2.0 is the term given to describe a second generation of the World Wide Web that is focused on the ability for people to collaborate and  share information online  . also,Web pages is  more dynamic Web that is more organized and is based on serving Web applications to users. Other improved functionality of Web 2.0 includes open communication with an emphasis on Web-based communities of users, and more open sharing of information. in addition , Web 2.0 is  based  Blogs, wikis, and Web services .Second, Mappyfriends is based on recommendations from your social network. You need your friends and their friends to have relevant results. Nowadays, it uses the most popular social network available, Facebook, as the source for your friendships.

WEEK 13

On this week I studied more about of technology. The prezy program was really useful for me because this program is innovative is like power point but is new it has many advantages for students and also for teachers and is easy to use but it has one disadvantages, when we want to use this program we need to be connected with the internet because it does not work without internet but you can download your presentation on the pen drive. However I enjoyed making my prezy presentation. Inaddition, I worked on the web 2.0 technologies because it is partof the lesson. I learnt many things about this, my teacher provided some web pages that are related with the topic and it helps to reinforment the knowledge. Due to the web 2.0 technologies is main tool for EFL students and is very important to know and also learn to  use this web sites because in the future we will use with our students.

WEEK 12

     On this week I learnt more about of technology such as; web 2.0 technologies to teach English. Web 2.0 is associated with web applications that we facilitate to sharing, information .Also, and a Web 2.0 site that we allow users to interact and work together as. However, Web 2.0 is an attitude and not just a technology with which we must work to develop Internet. We can use it to create innovative solutions to make life easier for us and users. In addition, There some advantages such as, allows students raise ideas and share knowledge on the web, to record, publish and download videos online audio files also, are repositories of digital educational material and the disadvantages are community less privacy but that  one third person  have access to our data accounts no one guarantees security  but these  are few. In conclusion, we can find some examples of Web 2.0 are wikis and blogs that we know and use almost time.

WEEK 11

    In this week we gavethe oral exam about trait and adjetives to described to family member and classmates using the the lesson plan because it is really important to uesd this because it  helped to presented a good lesson for the students with this information we can learn and improve our lesson and learning teaching We need to know more about the lesson plan .However, it  means what to do in a class and the teacher prepare the activities. Also, this presentation was useful for me because i learnt how to give  a lesson in a good way.

 In conclusion, the Lesson plans is essential  in teaching, it is  a  main part  on this  degree  .

WEEK 10

     In this week we revised more about the lesson plan because it is really important to know how is structured the lesson plan. Also, we had a quiz about the lesson plan is very important to reinforce this topic. We need to know very well the topic it will help to plan a good lesson plan .However, it helps the teacher to know what to do in a class and the teacher prepare by themselves the   activities. The Lesson plans will easily help you to achieve your goals and objectives, and same can be said on the part of your students or pupils, and helps you get rid of problems or avoid them.  It improves the habit and attitude of your students or pupils, and it definitely improves your teaching skills.

  
   In conclusion, the Lesson plans is vital in teaching, it gives you the guide you need to pull through, with lesson plans you will be able to impart the things they need to do the best of your abilities. Lesson plans can play a vital role in the teaching process. It gives the teacher a effective guide.
